15th of April, 2026 — Amesto Global is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ensight Finance, a Bucharest-based boutique corporate services firm. As part of this next chapter, Camelia Nița has joined Amesto Global as Country Partner of Amesto Global Romania, succeeding founder Mihaela Danalache. Camelia becomes the fifth partner of Amesto Global, joining Armin Kirchner, Oonagh Hayes, Ger Holliday and Sims Tullos.

Founded in 2005, Ensight Finance provides accounting, tax compliance and advisory, as well as payroll and HR administration services, supporting a diverse client base ranging from Romania-headquartered companies with international operations to multinational businesses. The firm is also a Cooperation Partner of WTS Global, further strengthening its capabilities in cross-border tax compliance and advisory.

With 26 years of experience in global business services, Camelia has built and led high-performing teams through periods of significant growth and transformation. She previously served as Managing Director at TMF Group Romania, where she played a key role in building the business from the ground up, and later as Managing Director heading the Connected Tax Compliance business unit within PwC Compliance Services in Romania. Under her leadership, both organizations experienced strong growth and further consolidated their position in the Romanian market.
