Founded by Armin Kirchner and Oonagh Hayes in 2019 and later joined by Ger Holliday soon after, our Partners are seasoned leaders in the global corporate services landscape. With a wealth of experience from top-tier finance, accounting and consulting organizations worldwide, they identified a crucial gap in corporate services firms: the capability to deliver services at the level of large corporations while also prioritizing practical guidance and personalized, boutique client service.

They joined forces and founded Amesto Global with a clear mission to bridge this gap by merging Partner-level accessibility, advisory and bespoke solutions, to create a meaningful service offering for companies growing and scaling throughout the US, Europe and beyond.

Our first office opens in Limerick, Ireland.

Our offering expands to include Multi-Country Payroll and HR Administration services.
The USA team begins to form remotely.

2021

Our USA office opens in Morristown, New Jersey.
Awarded ‘Best International Expansion Services – Europe 2021’ by the CFI Awards.

2022

Our ‘Business Solutions’ launches, a comprehensive offering to guide companies through the entire expansion process and its challenges.
Our Spain office opens in Barcelona, Spain.

2023

Our USA office relocates to New York, New York, to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Became an official Xero Gold Partner, showcasing our commitment to providing top-notch solutions for global expansion.

2024

Our Global Payroll offering expands to include a cloud-based, multi-country payroll portal.
Named ‘Emerging Firm of the Year’ at the Xero Ireland Awards 2024 in Dublin.

Since our inception, we have achieved our growth solely through organic efforts. As a Partner-owned firm and backed by our Parent Company, the Amesto Group, we have no outside investors, allowing us to maintain full control over our strategic direction and values. We see great value in having a global team while maintaining the personalized service of a boutique firm.
