Armin brings over three decades of experience in the Global Corporate Services Industry, with 20 years spent operating outside his home country, the Netherlands. Having built offices across Europe and North America, he has helped numerous companies navigate compliance challenges to expand and operate internationally. Armin is passionate about providing clients with exceptional service, supported by a talented team and the latest technology. He is fluent in Dutch, German and English.

Marc leads our Compliance and Corporate Secretarial services, specializing in AML/KYC, compliance, and corporate governance. Drawing on his experience building a multinational firm's Spanish practice being managing director and holding Directorship positions within the organization and for several private equity investment vehicles in Spain, he helps clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes across various jurisdictions. As an International Certified Compliance Professional (ICCP), Marc ensures clients meet compliance standards and effectively manage their corporate governance needs. He is fluent in Dutch, Spanish and English. 

With over 15 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Controlling and Internal Audit for multinational companies, Silke supports our Client Service Delivery for multi-country clients, focusing on subsidiaries in Spain, Germany and other European countries. She brings international expertise and cultural insight to every project, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. She is fluent in German, Spanish and English.

Rodrigo is an experienced accounting professional with expertise in financial reporting, compliance, tax filings and business development. He supports clients both within and outside Spain, and plays a key role in enhancing our in-house capabilities for Spanish statutory accounting services. He is fluent in English and Spanish. 

Miglė is a qualified accountant with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Vilnius, Lithuania. She specializes in preparing management reports, VAT and CIT filings, and supporting year-end reporting by liaising with auditors. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Lithuanian.

Cormac is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He studied Law and Accounting at the University of Limerick before relocating to Amesto Global’s Barcelona Office. He has been exposed to the preparation of financial statements, VAT filings and auditing of large multi-national companies.​

Carla is an experienced HR professional with nearly 10 years in the industry, specializing in HR & Payroll services for the past five. She previously worked for a multinational company, starting in the Argentine market before transitioning to the Spanish market, gaining diverse payroll experience across various industries. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Silvia is an HR professional with over 5 years of experience specializing in payroll and personnel management within the Spanish market. Her expertise includes navigating labor laws and managing large-scale payroll operations for multinational companies. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Emma supports our global growth initiatives and strategic opportunities, specializing in business development, proposal support and market analysis. With several years of experience at a Big 4 firm, she brings expertise in financial processes and operational efficiencies, driving growth and enhancing client engagement. She is fluent in Swedish and English.

Thais support our clients by streamlining financial administration, assisting with accounting and ensuring smooth daily operations. With a degree in International Relations and experience in investment banking and law firms, Thais brings strong analytical and multilingual skills to the team.
