Oonagh Hayes

Oonagh has been working in the Corporate Services business for almost three decades and her area of strength has been working with overseas companies who are looking to internationalise their business into other territories. Her key focus is ensuring that the Corporate Governance and Financial platform is solid and robust in these territories, thus enabling the business to concentrate on its core area of business whether that is tech, Pharma, Distribution or digital. A Chartered Accountant by profession, she has been approved by the Dutch Central Bank, Luxembourg Authorities and has participated on UK, Dutch and Lux boards.

Ger Holliday

Before joining the Amesto Group, Ger spent the previous 29 years with BDO, the world’s fifth largest accounting and advisory firm. Ger was a senior partner in the business advisory area of the Irish practice with specific responsibility for outsourcing and professional services to the aviation industry. Over the years, Ger has gained invaluable experience in assisting clients with the strategic growth of their business including sales and acquisitions, business restructuring and fundraising. Prior to working with BDO, Ger worked with KPMG in the New York and Channel Island offices.

Director of Finance & Operational Excellence

Conor McFadden

Conor is our team's Director of Finance & Operational Excellence. He has gained a considerable range of accounting experience across a number of industries including Financial Services and Medical Devices. Conor is a Xero Accounts Certified Partner and has extensive knowledge of applications which utilise Xero to significantly improve company’s processes. He is an associate member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from NUI Galway.

Kate Nicholas

Before joining Amesto Global, Kate spent nearly 15 years with Deloitte, the world’s largest accounting and advisory firm. Kate was an associate director in the corporate finance area of the Irish practice specializing in the provision of due diligence and independent business review services. Kate’s transaction services experience is supplemented by experience in financial advisory services, including acquisitions and disposals and financial modelling. Kate has a proven track record of successful delivery to clients at the highest levels in both the private and public sectors across a wide variety of industries and sectors. Kate is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Senior Manager, Accounting

Shona Considine

Shona is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick. She has a range of accounting experience in various industries with exposure to general practice and audit. She can assist on the preparation of management reports, VAT filings and liaise with auditors for year end reporting.
